Nyonya Baked Dory

When it comes to food, Nyonya cuisine is a fine hybrid of Chinese and Malay flavours, using an abundance of ingredients and techniques from both cultures. Generally, Chinese dishes are adjusted with the use of Malay spices.

We tuned all the spices into the marination, with the right temperature and moist control, baked the dory till perfection! Serving along the nyonya sauce, omelette and stir fry veges! If you prefer heavy meal, this is definitely suit you!
